Progress continues on getting the photos of the 2016 St. Patrick’s Day parade online. The first batch is now ready featuring images from early morning in Dooagh.

To celebrate the momentous occasion of the 50th Anniversary of the Dooagh National School Band 1966-2016, The Dooagh Pipe Band have decided to host a night of celebration with Music, Raffle, Slideshow and Finger Food on Easter Monday 28th March at 9pm in Lourdie’s, Dooagh following the School Band’s Historic march in Newport earlier that day. (No charge/donation required).

Greetings from Alice’s where the dinner dance celebrating the 50th anniversary of the foundation of the Dooagh School Band is being held. There is a big turnout and the attendees are enjoying a gallery of photos from the band down the years.
It seems that it will be a memorable occasion.
