We will be chatting with Achill natives around the World by video link and talking about their memories of St. Patrick’s Day and what they are doing this year to mark the occasion. This will include members of Dooagh Pipe Band, Achill, Pollagh Pipe Band and Tonragee Pipe Band. Tommy Barron will be dropping into our studio to tell as about the history of the keel pipeband as they mark their 75th anniversary this year.

The site had some issues after a break-in. After installing new security features and cleaning out old and unused files, the site is back to normal. Apologies for the interruption in service.

If you visited the site in the last few weeks, the appearance hasn’t been as good as usual. From today, the site has a new theme in honour of the 70th anniversary of the founding of the band. Not to mention that the website has now been in existence for 20 years.
I think that the site is more attractive and easier to use.
